JMP Economy Oil-resistant gasket material for medium-to-high loadings. Economical quality with good resistance to water, gases, oils and fuels. 250° C 50 bar/725 psi
JMP 203 Oil-resistant gasket material for medium-to-high loadings. Economical quality with good resistance to water, gases, oils and fuels. 250° C 50 bar/725 psi
JMP Acid Gasket material for different aggressive media and with very good chemical resistance to acids and alkaline media. 200° C 60 bar/870 psi
JMP 6000 Due to its superior resistance to steam and long-term steam sealabilty JMP 6000 is particularly recommended for all applications where thermal cycling, saturated or overheated steam are applied, e.g. heat exchangers, boilers, radiators, steam supply, power generation, etc. 440° C 120 bar/1740 psi
JMP 6000 Wire Excellent torque retention properties, good chemical properties and sealability. Recommended for all applications where thermo cycling, saturated and overheated steam occur. i.e. heat exchangers, boilers, radiators, steam supply, etc. For sealing oils, fuels, gases, solvents and other media in many different flanged joints. 440 ° C 130 bar/1885 psi
JMP GL Economical gasket material with good steam thermal resistance. Suitable for use with water, oil, gasses, fuels. Caution glass fibres may crush and are not generally recommended by JMP. 440° C 100 bar/1450 psi
JMP 2000 Has a combination of high level load bearing capacity and minimal embrittlement at temperatures up to 300 C. These properties offer the gasket a high degree of resistance to damage during fitting and under operation, prevents the loss of bolt load and the formation of cracks at high temperature. 300° C 40 bar/580 psi
Tanged Graphite Gasket material for extreme temperatures and pressure with good creep resistance. 500 ° C(650 ° C in steam) 140 bar/2030 psi
JMP Chemflon Pink Chemflon Pink is used for the following media: Strong acids (except hydroflouric), solvents, hydrocarbons, water, steam, chlorine and cryogenics. Chemflon Pink has excellent cold flow resistance. 260° C 83 bar/1200 psi
JMP Chemflon Blue Chemflon Blue is used for sealing applications requiring a lower bolt load, such as glass lined or ceramic flanges. Chemically suitable for most substances with exception of molten alkali metals. 260° C 80 bar/1160 psi
JMP Chemflon White Chemflon White is suitable for use with a wide variety of chemicals including alkalis, solvents, fuels and steam. Can also be used with strong acids like hydrofluoric acid, but is not suitable for sealing flourine gas. 260° C 83 bar/1200 psi
Cork R70C This is a firm nitrile bonded cork material suitable for high/medium bolt pressure, with good flexibility and resilience. It has good physical characteristics along with good fuel, solvent and oil resistance, which make this a high qualified material for transformer gaskets. --- ---
Flexoid Premium quality cellulose fibre impregnated with a glue / glycerine composition. 120° C 8 bar/116 psi
